The process of manufacturing single-and double-sided PCB is a part of more general, multilayer PCB production process, but do not require implementation of technologically difficult operations and are much easier in production. This fact make single-and and double-sided PCB more attractive with in the meaning of production period. At the same time high project standard ‛conductor/gap‛, afford to use these PCB types in large assortment of modern devices, they are suitable both for hole-plating montage and surface montage.

FR4, high temperature FR4/FR5, aluminum based, polyimide, rogers, arlon and other teflon/PTFE;
Blade connector electroplating with nickel /gold – 25rub/per one connector + 0,05 rub/mm2 per gold cover;
The price of dry film photoimageable solder mask infliction- 54 rub/dm2;
When blue, red, black or white LPI mask is indicated in order the price of solder mask coverage doubles;
In case of making an order for unit of PCB (different titled circuits on one panel) the cost of production increases on 20-30% depending on complexity.

Batch production - from one full filled panel of one PCB title. The Photomask is reserved for order repeat.
In case of shifting prototype order to mass production, which means the transmission of the order of one title on standard panel , we provide you a discount of 50% per preparatory process costs.
Our production line is non-stop functioning, except the days of Public holidays.
Order reception time is from 8.00 to 16.00 of local Novosibirsk time.
The day of order reception is not included in production terms.
The production term is calculated from the date when 100% of payment is received.
The orders which include immersion cover can be considered in terms of ‛Standard‛ or ‛Express‛ tariffs only.
